The San Cebri\u00e1n Foundation Group is an association that has been working for almost 40 years so that people with intellectual disabilities and their families have a good quality of life. Our mission is to offer the necessary support so that people with intellectual disabilities can carry out their life plan as any other person.<\/p>\n

The San Cebrian Foundation Group wants to be an association formed by responsible professionals.<\/p>\n

We want to be the best in offering the necessary help to people with intellectual disabilities so that they can achieve their life plan and participation in society.<\/p>\n

And it also wants to be a good and useful association for society.<\/p>\n

The qualities of Grupo Fundaci\u00f3n San Cebri\u00e1n are:<\/p>\n

The most important thing is to improve the life of every person with intellectual disabilities.<\/p>\n

    Housing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The Residence is home to people with intellectual disabilities with general support needs.
    \nThere are 66 places.
    \nThe spaces are divided according to the needs of the people.<\/p>\n

    Collective housing is for young people between 16 and 30 years of age with special needs.<\/p>\n

    Sheltered apartments to facilitate social integration throughout the province of Palencia.<\/p>\n

    Housing for the elderly for active aging.<\/p>\n

    Daycare center<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The Day Center of San Cebri\u00e1n de Campos (Seniors and Youth) offers a varied range of activities that allows people with intellectual disabilities to develop training programs and jobs adapted to their possibilities.<\/p>\n

    Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The Educational Center offers the Transition to Adult Life program in two modalities:<\/p>\n

    Transition to basic adult life and Job training in the profile of agro-gardening and floral compositions.<\/p>\n

    Leisure and sports<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    The San Cebri\u00e1n Foundation Group has a wide-ranging program of inclusive leisure activities so that people can enjoy it so that people can enjoy it in a normalized environment.
    \nIt also has a leisure program 'Saliendo por Palencia' ('Going out in Palencia') which promotes participation in any type of activity that takes place in the city.<\/p>\n
